Winkworth Announces Board Appointments and Departure

M Winkworth Plc, a prominent franchisor of real estate agencies, has announced the appointment of Tom Fyson and Jonathan Adams as Non-Executive Directors, effective from June 4, 2024. The company also shared that John Nicol will step down from his Non-Executive Director role on September 12, 2024, to focus on his charitable work. Fyson and Adams are expected to bring over 35 years of combined financial and investment expertise to Winkworth’s board.
