Winking Studios Limited has completed its acquisition of all issued and outstanding shares of Studios Ampera Inc., finalising the transaction on 1 April 2026 under the terms of a previously agreed share purchase agreement. The deal is expected to strengthen the group’s capabilities and scale in serving global gaming clients across its established art outsourcing and game development services.
Following the completion, former Keywords Studios senior leader Claude Bordeleau has joined Winking Studios as Chief Revenue Officer, tasked with leading global commercial strategy across Western markets. His appointment signals the company’s intention to accelerate growth and deepen its market penetration in North America and Europe, potentially enhancing its competitive positioning with major international game publishers.
