Wing Tai Holdings Limited has won a land tender awarded by the Urban Redevelopment Authority for a residential site in River Valley Green, Singapore. Their subsidiary, Winchamp Investment Pte. Ltd., will develop the 99-year leasehold land into a residential project, after securing it for S$463.9 million.
