Wing On Co. International Ltd. (HK:0289) has released an update.
Wing On Company International Ltd. has reported a significant loss of HK$242,859,000 for the six months ended 30 June 2024, compared to a profit of HK$273,594,000 in the same period last year. The loss is attributed to a substantial net valuation loss on investment properties and other factors, leading to a basic and diluted loss per share of 82.5 cents against last year’s earnings of 94.3 cents. Total comprehensive income for the period also saw a downturn, with the company facing an overall decrease in total comprehensive income.
