Wing Chi Holdings Limited has announced its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 16 August 2024, where it plans to adopt its audited financial statements and re-elect executive and non-executive directors. Shareholders will also consider approving a mandate for the directors to issue additional shares and handle related securities. The AGM will see the re-appointment of SHINEWING (HK) CPA Limited as the company auditor.
