Winfair Investment Co., Ltd. has announced proposed amendments to its memorandum and articles of association to align with current market practices and legal requirements, as well as to introduce flexibility for conducting electronic and hybrid general meetings. These changes, which are subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled for September 9, 2024, are aimed at protecting shareholder interests and modernizing the company’s governance framework.
