Windward Ltd.’s Co-Founder and Head of US, Matan Peled, has recently moved a substantial number of shares – 5,770,795 to be exact – to a new brokerage account, maintaining his 6.60% stake in the company. Windward, a prominent player in Maritime AI, continues to empower a broad spectrum of industries, including banking and government, with AI-driven decision support for global trade acceleration. No financial transaction occurred during the share transfer, which took place outside of a trading venue.
