Windar Photonics Shareholders Approve All AGM Resolutions

Windar Photonics (GB:WPHO) has released an update.

Windar Photonics PLC has successfully passed all seven resolutions at its Annual General Meeting, including the re-election of Directors and the appointment of Gravita Audit Limited as auditors. The resolutions, which were voted upon by shareholders, included ordinary and special resolutions encompassing the adoption of annual accounts, director re-elections, auditor appointments, and authority for share allotment. This unanimous approval by shareholders reflects confidence in the company’s direction and governance.
