Windar Photonics PLC has announced a board change involving Non-Executive Director Gavin Manson moving to a part-time Executive role to flexibly support the business, with his remuneration adjusted accordingly. Additionally, updates regarding Andy Richardson’s directorships were disclosed, revealing inadvertent reinstatements to several companies’ boards due to court orders, from which he is disengaging formally. These updates are in compliance with the AIM Rules for Companies following Richardson’s appointment as a Non-Executive Director of Windar Photonics.
