Winchester Equity Corporation, a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, has announced a new secured convertible promissory note with Selma House LLC, a real estate investment and private credit company. The new agreement increases the loan facility to USD$2,000,000, replacing a previous USD$1,000,000 note, and is secured against Selma’s assets. Winchester Equity has the option to convert the loan into a 47.2% ownership stake in Selma, indicating a strategic move to strengthen its position in the real estate investment sector.
