The company is moving further towards electronic communications by not mailing hard-copy notices unless requested, encouraging shareholders to lodge directed proxies in advance and to update their communication preferences with the share registry, while the chair intends to vote all open proxies in favour of all resolutions and no formal presentation will be given at the meeting.
