Wincanton Sets New Share Admission Date

Wincanton plc (GB:WIN) has released an update.

Wincanton PLC has announced an update to the admission date for 1,437,048 ordinary shares to be listed on the London Stock Exchange, now set for 26 April 2024, following approval from the High Court of Justice. This comes after a correction to a previous announcement which mistakenly stated the admission date as 23 April. The shares are associated with Wincanton’s various long-term incentive plans and the company’s acquisition by GXO Logistics, Inc.
