The Wilson Asset Management Group, despite holding no direct shares in Yowie Group Limited, has been determined to hold an indirect deemed relevant interest in the company through shares owned by Keybridge Capital Limited and HHY Fund. This is due to their aggregate voting power exceeding 20% in both entities, yet without the ability to direct or control them. A formal notice has been submitted to the ASX, as required by the Corporations Act, to disclose these interests.
