Wilmington (GB:WIL) has released an update.
Wilmington plc has announced that as of August 30, 2024, their issued share capital with voting rights stands at 89,571,419 ordinary shares. A small number of these shares, 3,593 to be exact, are held in treasury and thus aren’t counted in the total share figure. Shareholders can use this total number of shares to calculate notifications related to their interest in the company as per the FCA’s rules.
