Willi-Food Intl Schedules Key Shareholder Meeting

Willi Food Inte (WILC) has released an update.

G. Willi-Food International Ltd. has announced its Annual General Meeting scheduled for November 14, 2024, where shareholders will vote on key appointments including the election of external directors and the re-election of current directors. Additionally, the meeting will address the appointment of BDO Ziv Haft as the independent accounting firm and review the financial statements for fiscal year 2023. Shareholders are encouraged to attend the meeting in person or vote via proxy.
