Wide Open Agriculture Ltd. has announced Liam Cornelius as a substantial holder with a 19.92% voting power, following the acquisition of 106,323,333 ordinary shares. The transactions included significant cash considerations amounting to $1,620,000 for 81,000,000 shares executed between May and July 2024. Duketon Consolidated Pty Ltd, a controlled entity of Cornelius, is now closely associated with Wide Open Agriculture Ltd. as a result of these dealings.
