Wide Open Agriculture Ltd. has disclosed a significant change in the interests of Director Mr. Anthony Maslin, who acquired 9,250,000 listed options at $0.03, expiring on 19 July 2026. This change, which was free attaching to placement shares on a 1-for-2 basis, did not involve any disposal of securities. Post-acquisition, Mr. Maslin and associated accounts hold over 6 million shares and more than 9 million options in various classes.
