Wickes Group PLC has actively engaged in their share buyback program, purchasing 21,994 ordinary shares on August 21st, 2024, with prices ranging from 158.2 to 160.4 pence. The company plans to cancel these acquired shares, which will reduce the total number of voting rights to 242,928,048. This latest transaction is part of a larger buyback initiative, with Wickes having acquired a total of 16,709,950 shares to date.
