Wickes Group Plc has reported the purchase of 64,659 of its own ordinary shares on April 30, 2024, at prices ranging from 145.4 to 147.2 pence, with the intent to cancel these shares. This latest transaction is part of a larger buyback programme, which has seen Wickes acquire a total of 12,882,664 shares to date. As a result of the cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the company will stand at 246,755,334.
