Wickes Group Plc has announced the buyback and subsequent cancellation of 181,787 of its own ordinary shares, at prices ranging from 145.1 to 146.2 pence per share. This latest transaction is part of a larger share buyback program, with the company having acquired a total of 13,838,235 shares to date. Following the cancellation, Wickes will have an issued share capital of 245,799,763 shares, with no shares held in treasury.
