Wickes Group Plc has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 171,857 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 144.6 to 146.2 pence per share, which is part of a larger buyback program totaling over 12 million shares. Following the cancellation, the total number of voting rights in the company will stand at 246,819,993. The share buyback reflects the company’s ongoing capital management strategy and commitment to shareholder value.
