Wickes Group Advances Share Buyback Program

Wickes Group (GB:WIX) has released an update.

Wickes Group PLC has announced the repurchase and subsequent cancellation of 58,876 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of 169.2 pence per share. This buyback is part of a larger program that has seen the company acquire over 17 million shares to date. Following these cancellations, Wickes’s issued share capital will be 242,492,615 shares, a figure important for shareholders’ rights notification under the UK’s financial regulations.
