Wickes Group PLC has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 58,876 of its own ordinary shares, as part of its ongoing buyback program, at a price of 169.2 pence per share. Following this transaction, the total issued share capital of Wickes stands at 242,492,615 ordinary shares. This buyback is part of a larger program, which has seen the company purchase over 17 million shares to date.
