Wickes Group Plc has announced the repurchase of 149,948 of its own shares at prices ranging from 151.4 to 153.0 pence, with plans to cancel the acquired shares. This latest buyback is part of an ongoing programme that has seen the company buy back a total of 11,995,760 shares to date. As a result of the cancellation, the total number of voting rights in Wickes will stand at 247,642,238.
