WIA Gold Director’s Stake Surges After Options Exercise

WIA Gold Limited has disclosed a significant change in director Andrew Pardey’s holdings, where he acquired over 2.2 million ordinary shares and disposed of approximately 4.4 million unquoted options, resulting in a net increase in his total shareholding. This change is attributed to the cashless exercise of options and reflects Pardey’s new total of over 6 million ordinary shares and various unquoted and zero exercise price options.
