Whitehaven Coal Limited has scheduled its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 30 October at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney, where shareholders will consider the company’s financial reports, director elections, and executive remuneration, including equity awards to the Managing Director. A special resolution on re-inserting partial takeover provisions in the Constitution and a conditional spill resolution, subject to the remuneration report’s acceptance, will also be on the agenda.
