Whitefield Director Increases Shareholding

Whitefield Ltd (AU:WHF) has released an update.

In a recent development, Whitefield Industrials Limited has reported a change in the holdings of Director Lance W. Jenkins. Jenkins has increased his indirect interest in the company through the Charlieman Trust by acquiring 3,480 ordinary shares via the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a total value of $17,782.80, bringing his total holding to 176,958 shares.
