Whitecap Resources Secures Shareholder Nods; Sets Dividend

Whitecap Resources Inc. (TSE:WCP) has released an update.

Whitecap Resources Inc. has announced the successful approval of all resolutions at its annual shareholders’ meeting, including the election of nine directors and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors. The company also confirmed a monthly dividend of $0.0608 per share and received TSX approval to begin a normal course issuer bid, allowing the repurchase of up to 10% of its public float over the next twelve months.
