Whitebark Director Bolsters Equity Stake

Whitebark Energy Ltd (AU:WBE) has released an update.

Mark Lindh, a director of Whitebark Energy Ltd, has increased his indirect stake in the company through a Non-Renounceable Entitlement Offer, acquiring 419,263 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares and the same number of Listed Options. Following the transaction, Lindh now holds a total of 1,677,051 shares, 209,632 unlisted options, 419,263 listed options, and 187,500 convertible notes within Whitebark Energy Ltd.
