Giles E. Harrison is set to join White Mountains Insurance Group as the Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer on June 10, 2024. With a wealth of experience from his prior roles at Farmers Group, Inc. and Zurich Insurance Company, Harrison will earn a base salary of $600,000, with additional incentives, including a $750,000 signing bonus. Meanwhile, Liam Caffrey has been appointed President while retaining his role as CFO, with his current compensation unchanged. These executive moves signal strategic growth for the company amidst a competitive market.
