White Mountains Group Elects Reid Campbell to Board

White Mountains Insurance Group (WTM) has released an update.

White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. has expanded its Board of Directors to ten members with the election of Reid T. Campbell, who recently retired after a distinguished 30-year tenure at the company. His new role as director continues until the next annual shareholder meeting, where he will be eligible for re-election. Campbell’s appointment and retirement come with no company disagreements and he will be compensated in line with the firm’s policy for non-employee directors.
