White Energy Company Limited has settled its legal disputes with the Bayan group, culminating in the mutual release of claims and the expected receipt of approximately $900,000 for White Energy’s subsidiary, BCBC, from the liquidation of BCBCS. The settlement will result in the conclusion of proceedings in both Singapore and Western Australia, with further updates to be provided upon finalization of the liquidation process.
