White Energy Director Increases Share Holdings

White Energy Company Limited (AU:WEC) has released an update.

White Energy Company Limited has announced a change in the interests of director Gregory Keith Whitehouse, who acquired 250,000 Ordinary Shares at $0.04 each, thus increasing his indirect holdings to 1,644,783 shares. The transaction was part of a rights issue entitlement allotted to the director’s associated super fund and did not involve any disposal of shares.
