White Cliff Director Bolsters Shareholding

White Cliff Minerals Limited (AU:WCN) has released an update.

In a recent update from White Cliff Minerals Limited, Director Rod McIllree has increased his direct stake in the company by acquiring an additional 2,000,000 ordinary shares through an off-market purchase, totaling $30,000 in value. Following this transaction, McIllree now holds 66,912,010 ordinary shares, along with existing options and performance rights. There were no changes regarding director’s interests in contracts, and the transaction did not occur during a closed period requiring prior clearance.
