Whitbread (GB:WTB) has released an update.
Whitbread PLC has bought back 253,293 of its own shares with the intention of cancelling them, at prices ranging from 2,851.00p to 2,897.00p per share, totaling a spend of £143,549,910.53 since April 30, 2024. Post-transaction, the company’s total number of voting rights stands at 179,704,135, with shares held in treasury now amounting to 12,454,718.
