WH Smith PLC has announced the appointment of Helen Rose as a Non-Executive Director and future Audit Committee Chair, starting from July 2024. Helen, an experienced chartered accountant and senior finance professional, will join several committees, contributing her multi-site retail and financial expertise. The current Chair, Nicky Dulieu, will continue her role on the board and as Remuneration Committee Chair after overseeing the 2024 financial year-end.
