WH Ireland Group PLC has notified a significant change in shareholdings, with UBS Group AG now controlling a combined total of 7.605104% of voting rights, following a recent acquisition. The threshold was crossed on September 4, 2024, and the company was informed two days later. This substantial shift in voting rights includes both direct shares and financial instruments such as swaps on baskets due to expire in March 2026.
