WH Ireland Group plc has successfully completed the sale of its Capital Markets Division to Zeus Capital Limited, a move that aligns with the Group’s strategy to reduce liabilities and regulatory capital requirements while enhancing potential cash flows. The majority of WH Ireland’s clients have transitioned to Zeus Capital, with temporary measures in place for the remaining clients. This divestiture prohibits WH Ireland from accepting any new clients for its Nominated Adviser services.
