Westward Gold Inc. has successfully completed an oversubscribed non-brokered private placement, raising approximately C$1.66 million through the issuance of over 20 million units. The funds will primarily support advanced exploration efforts on the Cortez Trend properties, evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions, and provide general working capital.
