Westward Gold Inc (TSE:WG) has released an update.
Westward Gold Inc. is set to raise C$1 million through a non-brokered private placement of 12.5 million units, aimed at funding drilling and exploration on their Nevada properties and potential mergers and acquisitions. The offering will also support general corporate functions and is contingent upon regulatory approval. Each unit, priced at C$0.08, includes a common share and a warrant, the latter allowing purchase of an additional share at C$0.12 within 24 months.
