WestStar Industrial Ltd. has announced a significant change in the interest of its director, Mr. Robert Spadanuda, who has acquired 7 million fully paid ordinary shares and 3.5 million performance rights. This acquisition, with an estimated value of $1,050,000, was approved during the company’s Annual General Meeting and relates to Mr. Spadanuda’s past and future services to the company.
