Westport Fuel Systems Inc. has launched an at-the-market equity offering program to sell up to $35 million of its common shares. The initiative is designed to fund investments in the company’s hydrogen business, R&D, and other corporate expenses. Share distribution will be managed through major stock exchanges in Canada and the United States until the program’s conditions are met or it ends in June 2025.
