Westpac Banking has announced the retirement of Christine Parker, who has been instrumental in shaping the company’s culture and advocating for women’s advancement in the workforce during her 17-year tenure as Group Executive, Human Resources. CEO Peter King praised her leadership and contributions, highlighting her role as Chair of the St George Foundation. Parker will continue in her position until a successor is found.
