Westhaven Gold Corp. has partnered with Red Cloud Securities Inc. to launch a private placement aimed at raising up to C$5.0 million. The offering includes 10 million units at C$0.15 each and flow-through shares and units, targeting both traditional and charitable investors. Additionally, the company has provided an option for the agent to increase the offering by C$1 million before the closing date.
