Western Resources’ subsidiary, Western Potash Corp., has halted operations at the near-complete Milestone Phase 1 Project to focus on securing additional financing. The project, which is poised to reach initial production with the addition of two new caverns, has faced delays, but CEO Bill Xue expresses optimism about finding partners to achieve completion.
