Western Resources Corp. announced successful shareholder approval of all proposals at their AGM, including the election of a seven-member board and the reappointment of MNP LLP as auditors. The company also confirmed the continuation of its Incentive Stock Option Plan, with high shareholder support for each resolution. Post-AGM, the board appointed new committee chairs and expressed commitment to developing Canada’s innovative and environmentally friendly potash mine, despite a one-year project delay.
