The Western Investment Company of Canada Ltd is launching a Rights Offering exclusively for its shareholders, allowing them to purchase additional shares at a price of CDN $0.40 each. This initiative aims to raise approximately $22.16 million for corporate purposes and potential acquisitions in the insurance sector.
