Western Exploration Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising approximately $6.54 million through the issuance of over 9.3 million units at $0.70 each. The proceeds from the offering will fund exploration and development at the Aura Project in Nevada, and general corporate activities. Notably, insiders, including Agnico Eagle Mines Limited, participated, contributing to the substantial funds raised.
