Western Exploration Inc. has announced a successful non-brokered private placement, securing $6 million through unit sales to fund their Aura Project in Nevada and for general corporate purposes. With the offering fully subscribed, the company is set for the scheduled closing on March 28, 2024, pending final TSX Venture Exchange approval. The raised funds will principally boost exploration and development efforts for the company’s principal asset, the Aura gold-silver project.
