Western Exploration Inc. has secured a $1.7 million investment through a non-brokered private placement of units to strategic investor TXAU Ventures, LLC. The funds from this investment will support the pre-feasibility study and permitting process for the Doby George Deposit, as well as general corporate purposes. Set to close by September 24, 2024, the deal is pending final TSX Venture Exchange approval.
